Carmen & I are local year round residents of Daytona Beach. Dennis has lived in Daytona since the mid 1970's and Carmen moved to this area in the mid 90's. We've lived on the beach at The Grand Coquina since 1997. We love to travel but we ALWAYS enjoy coming home to the beach.
My family and I stayed at Ocean Vistas, unit 405 for our spring break. This was our third time staying at this condominium however, the first time booking with Florida Rentals(Dennis and Carman). It was by far our best experience! The unit was beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and I felt assured that my older kids were safe playing pool in the club house(every night) and playing in the common grounds. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!
