The guest bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper. Enjoy the screened lanai overlooking the large fenced yard, it is wonderful place in the evening to watch the sun set over the river. We also have a laundry room for your convenience. Unique Benefits Great location on a short quiet street in the center of the barrier island only a block to either Ocean or River. Just around the corner you have a 7 Eleven convenience mart, a Red Lobster restaurant, a waffle house, a Taco restaurant that serves liqueur on their veranda and even an Ice cream shop. Just down the street a few blocks north is Daytona's Drive in Church. Publix grocery store and Walgreens are also only a very short drive away. Perfect location to enjoy the worlds most famous beach.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Jerry from Chicago IL. We have been renting our four vacation homes, for over 16 years now. All of our vacation rentals offer a smoke free and no pet environment. Over the years we have had hundreds of happy guests, many return year after year. We would like to add you to our list of happy vacationers. Our resort studio unit is also our home away from home. It is much better equipped and furnished than studios rented thru the resort.
I was stuck in a bind with trying to buy a house and the closing date kept getting pushed back. My lease was up and I needed a place quick. Jerry was awesome to work with. I told him my situation and he kept the house available to me while I was trying to close! It is a great cozy house, with plenty of amenities. It is a block from the beach, which is great! I enjoy the beach during the evenings and it was nice to be right there! There are plenty of restaurants in the are for your choosing. It is a quiet neighborhood which is a plus in my book! Again, Jerry was great to work with, he was available every time I called and had a question! I am definitely going to recommend this place to any of my out of town friends and family!
