The 2 bedroom, 1 bath house (converted into a duplex) serves as a quaint bohemian retreat with stunning hillside views, great decks, large yard, and a firepit. Fully furnished with a remodeled kitchen and remodeled bathroom (double sinks). Dining room, living room with 42" high definition plasma TV, and laundry room. One bedroom has a Queen bed, 38" TV, and has French doors that open up onto a private deck. The 2nd bedroom also has a desk and a big, beautiful bay window that looks out to the mountains and over the terraced garden. The other bedroom has a day bed, with trundle that could easily be turned into a queen bed as well. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, and queen air mattress should you need to accommodate more people.
House has direct TV, wireless internet, linen and towels included and utilities paid. Garage parking is available (if requested) for one compact car on very quiet, private street.
