Walking up the steps to the front door you'll notice the great screened in front porch. This is sure to be one of your favorite spots in the house as you can enjoy bug free days and nights while watching the daily happenings of the neighborhood go by. Stepping into the house you will be greeted by an open and inviting living room and dining area. The modern and chic dining room complete with a shell chandelier is to your right with the beautiful, calming living room to your left. Decorated in welcoming denim and sunny tones, it is reminiscent of the waters of the Gulf with the sandy beach and sunshine which give you a tropical beach feeling. Open the French doors and let the Gulf breezes flow through the screened in porch and through the house. A love seat and chairs plus dining table with 4 chairs are ready for you to enjoy watching the sunsets from the porch. The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the dining area and has everything you may need during your stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed, in-room TV and full ensuite bathroom. The first of two guest bedrooms both has a queen size bed and in-room 50" TV. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and smart 50" TV. Each is well appointed with plenty of closet and dresser space. There's a full bathroom in the hallway for everyone's use. Of course, wireless internet, streaming TV, a gas grill and washer and dryer are also included with your stay. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is a smoke free home. For our guests travelling with their dogs, this home is pet friendly. The property is fully fenced. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. There is a pet fee of 150 per dog, two dog maximum and only with prior approval from owner. Some breeds are not permitted. Owner reserves the right to prior approval. Pet waiver is required. Payment must be made at reservation. (VRBO only collects one so I will send an additional request for the second pet) PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor cameras are installed for the safety of our guests and to make sure any additional people and pets are paid for in advance. Failure to do so will mean you will receive an immediate request for additional guests or pet fee. Failure to pay will result in being asked to leave. The house is great, with everything you need and more. The location is perfect you can walk to the beach. You have a publix two minutes away and restaurants. The pool, the patio everything is perfect!
Everyone in our family loved this vacation house. There was plenty of room for the kids to have their own space and the walk to the beach was a quick 2 minutes. I booked the property for my husband and I, and our daughter and her family. My husband and I were not able to travel due to health concerns, but my daughter and family loved the house, backyard pool area, and the beach.......for three days only of our week long plans. Airline cancellations due to corona-virus concerns led to an early trip back home. My daughter's family found the house was convenient, easy to be in, a great accommodation. Wonderful, friendly neighborhood. The backyard pool area was perfect for their family and for the limited amount of other tourist activity at this time. The one day on the beach was all they had hoped for and such a quick walk! Beach provisions at the house were welcomed. The owner was beyond courteous with updates on corona-virus travel and beach closings. We will visit this same property again at another time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had upon arrival. The location was great, one block from the beach. We especially enjoyed the ceiling fans and TV’s in living areas and bedrooms, the backyard pool area is exceptional and great supply of beach chairs and bicycles. We are already planning our vacation next year at this property, now that we found a good one.
Perfect everything, location, beach access (1 1/2 blocks), amenities, there is no flaw. As a VRBO owner myself, I look for the details to take care of the guests, and this place has it all.
We had a great family vacation at this property. Loved how close it was to the beautiful beach. We took our children, two grandsons and my parents and We all had a great time. The pool was big hit with everyone and was heated which made it very inviting since it did get a little cool at nights. We made great family memories and would definitely come back.
The location is ideal. One block from beach and away from crowded in town Fort Myers. Gabriela was great to work with and I would definitely book again. The house is adorable and the pool was perfect for hanging out when done with the beach. Publix is about a mile away and really enjoyed Charley's boathouse which was about a mile and a half away great king crab legs, blackened shrimp and outstanding service.

We absolutely LOVED this our time Sea Breeze Palmetto last week (Oct 10 - 17)! We had four adults and four children (ages 10, 8, 6 & 6) and this property worked out perfectly for us! The location of the property is honestly just perfect. Access to the beach is literally only steps away (about a 3 minute walk) and the area of the beach is great! Not too crowded, at least not while we were there. And there's a trolley stop at the end of the street and is awesome to be able to catch the trolley down to the pier area. Publix is also conveniently located to the home.
The property is prettier than the pictures and well located. Be forewarned the owner (Gabriella) contacts you at all hours of day and night by text and phone call before using email or VRBO. She doesn’t read your responses to text/email or answer when you call her back. She nearly ruined our experience with her incessant worry about weather that was spectacular for our entire stay. It was incredibly inappropriate. She did have a binder and handbook with all the information and instructions you would need.
House was in immaculate condition. Very spacious and enjoyable. Communication was excellent and very friendly. You can’t go wrong staying here. We look forward to returning.
The beach is about 3 minutes from the house. The house is well equipped with anything you may need for cooking meals. It is also decorated very nicely. I did contact the owner once and she returned my message promptly. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely great week in Ft Myers thanks to this property. The house is a perfect size for 8-10 people. The backyard will make you feel like you have your own private luau every night. Amazing!

We loved our stay at Palmetto! The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The house had everything we needed for the beach including umbrellas and wagons to haul our stuff over to the beach for the day. It literally took 2 mins to walk over to the beach. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals. Gabriela was attentive to all of our needs....we will definitely stay here again!
My husband and I and our three children had a great time at Fort Myers Beach staying in this lovely home! Very short walk to beach. Wonderful screened in porch for relaxing in the morning and evening. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool as well. Would definitely want to return!
My family and I came for a week. This was our first time in Florida and it was a great experience. My kids really enjoyed how close the beach was and being able to come back to enjoy the private pool. The stores are close by which made it really convenient. The only bad part is that there’s road construction on Estero which made traffic terrible. Other than that we really enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves and how quiet the neighborhood was. The house was clean and newly updated. We used the washer and dryer all the time and didn’t have to pack as much so it was a bonus! Overall, it’s a great place to rent. We’ll definitely rent this house again if we come back to Fort Myers.
This place is in a great location to the beach. Only a two minute walk, which we went everyday. Then poolside in the afternoon with the Grand kids.
We loved this rental house for our annual cousin trip! We went from walking on the beach in the morning, to being poolside during the day and back to the beach at night for sunset. 1 block off the public beach access. Near Publix for our groceries, and close to shops, restaurants, etc. We played games on the screened porch at night. Very clean and peaceful.
The house was spacious, clean, updated and it was equipped with many of the necessities needed to take with you to the beach. The location is convenient because you have privacy but yet its a very quick walk to the beach and the grocery store is located near by. It was also great to come back to an outdoor shower and a heated pool.
Wonderful single home condo....so many pluses...beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, all amenities, screened porch, lovely pool area, all beach and pool toys and chairs. We could not have chosen a better vacation rental. Owners are extremely helpful and informative, This is definitely an A++ home...and the beach is only a 5 minute walk.
We stayed for a girls weekend & the house was perfect! Super clean, very convenient to the beach, well-stocked with all the good beach house amenities (and the owner even brought us a few more bikes to use, which was a lovely touch), really nice & quiet neighborhood. Can easily walk to Publix for groceries as well. We definitely recommend it!
We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Spacious, nice décor, and very clean. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened in porch each morning, then a 5 minute walk to the beach to either walk or ride the bikes this home provided. It's closely located to many attractions. We really enjoyed the refreshing heated salt water pool in the back yard each afternoon. Fix dinner on the outdoor grill or take the trolley either direction on the island where there are lots of casual dining options. The owner is a dream to work with, very helpful.
We spent 9 days here. This rental has everything that you need for a beach vacation. Once you stock up your groceries, there is no need to leave! We walked to the beach everyday. The house has beach chairs, carts, umbrella, beach toys, beach towels and a cooler. There are two bikes, which we rode several times. After coming home from the beach, we were able to shower off outdoors and use the heated pool. With a washer and dryer on site, I was able to keep up on my laundry so I did not have to take it home dirty! We had a couple questions for the owners and they responded immediately. I can't think of any recommendations or changes I would make, except next time I would stay a little longer! This property is perfect for people with children or adults looking for a nice quiet beach stay.
We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable. Nice little pool, quiet neighborhood, and short walk to beach ( 2 minutes/ 1.5 blocks). We stayed with 4 kiddos and had plenty of room. Nearly everything provided including beach toys and chairs. We would stay there again!
We had pretty much a perfect stay at this house. Since it is relatively new to the market, we feel obligated to provide a detailed review. - We have stayed at this house in December 2018, for the week before Christmas. We are experienced holiday renters overall, and have also rented on Fort Myers beach several times previously. - Inside the house: The house itself has been recently renovated, and everything is in great shape. The floors are either hardwood, laminate or tiles, so easy to keep clean and low risk for allergies. The furniture is very good - new and comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The screened deck is a big plus. The towels and linens were of very good quality. The electronics in the house was great - good quality TVs in 3 rooms, a large blue-tooth speaker (which we used a lot), etc.
WOW! This place was great! We loved spending our Thanksgiving here, everything was just like the pictures with no surprises. It is a very peaceful neighborhood and we felt very safe! MS Doyal and her staff are very responsive and accommodating! When we got here there was some miner internet issues and she got them fix in less then 15 minutes. We also didn’t have sheets for pullout bed and she was going to have cleaning staff come and bring them that night! I told her that would not be necessary tomorrow would be fine? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING HERE! I feel MS Doyal wants everyone to have a great vacation and listens to her clients. Before renting from her I asked with it being Thanksgiving is there buffets or would I be able to cook Thanksgiving dinner there and what is the latest We could check out because our plane didn’t leave until 9pm. Her response was you will have a full kitchen for Thanksgiving and I think she gave some recommendations for places that might have buffets and checkout was 1pm. Come Thanksgiving we had a full roasting pan for our turkey and she let us stay on our check out day until 6pm without even charging us!
We can’t say enough about this place! Location location Location is perfect! All of the amenities. We traveled with 3 adults, teenager, and a infant and had everything we needed for a perfect week! The apartment down below was perfect for our teenager. Pool was so nice in the evenings grilling out! Thanks Gabriela for your quick responses to everything before and during our stay!
Our stay at Gabriela's home was amazing. The location is perfect and is so close to the beach, and the pool was big enough for our family. The house was very clean and with all the accommodation. The kitchen was fully equipped, you won't need to bring anything. In addition, Gabriela always responded really quickly.
It was so nice on how smooth everything went from check in to checkout. Gabriela offered us a later checkout which was so helpful since we had to take family to the airport early in the morning. The pool area was awesome. Plenty of room for our party of 8. The location of this property was fantastic. So close to the beach. Gabriela was available with answers to all questions. If you’re going to the FMB area for vacation you cannot find a better bang for your buck than this place. My family and I loved every second of our time here. Gabriela truly makes you feel like a guest in the home. Everything you can possibly need is right there for you. The pool area was amazing! The beds are comfy! You will be just steps from the beach! There is plenty of room to spread out. The neighbors were great. I could easily keep type positivity.....but you should go see the place for yourself!

We go to Ft. Myers Beach for 4th of July almost every year. This was a great rental and Gabriela was super easy to work with and accommodating! Highly recommend!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this AirBNB in Fort Myers Beach. The proximity to the beach access ramp was perfect, just across the street, that way you didn’t have to pay for a parking spot. The cleanliness of the house was definitely spot on. You could tell that they took their time and actually cleaned the house. The pool was awesome, well lit area too! Overall, we would rent this place again!
