This one bedroom unit sleeps up to three people.

Palm View is the smaller half of a duplex located on Mid Island, beautifully decorated, this 1Br/1 full bath cabana has an open floor plan with a large kitchen and living room area. This duplex has one bedroom (king size bed), sofa bed (full size), full bath, can accommodate up to 3-4 people. Just steps to the beach, the home is surrounded by tropical vegetation and features a hot tub in the small area along with a grill. Shared laundry room between the larger house but separated by a hallway. Dog friendly for pets no more than 30 lbs and with a $250 non refundable fee, no cats please.

 

You can rent the cabana (Palm View) or the whole entire home (Poinciana), one block from 7 miles of sugar sand beaches, the closest beach access is #22 (Connecticut). This area is close to the downtown Times Square area (1.5 mile) the hub of the beach activity and nightlife on FMB or go 1.2 miles south for a movie, shopping and great restaurants at Santini Marina Plaza.

 

This is a one level home. No stairs. Large parking lot. Separate entrance for each Duplex. Owner is very easy to reach.

 

Close to the beach access and lots of activities. Small dog allowed with non-refundable pet fee deposit. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed. Thank you.
