We're close to our times square, great steak & seafood restaurants, and places to treat yourself to some ice cream. Or if you choose to cook in, feel free - remember, you're on vacation...let go, relax, unwind.
The property is half a duplex, has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two full baths, and sleeps four (4) comfortably. There's also a queen-size aero bed for use if needed.
The unit has an open floor plan with a spacious living room, cathedral ceilings, and great kitchen for preparing meals; the unit is comfortably furnished. And for your enjoyment, there's also a big-screen TV that's great for relaxing and watching movies or watching your favorite sports teams! There's a beautiful, big, screened-in lanai on which to enjoy our beautiful southwest Florida weather. You can have some meals out there, play cards, or just enjoy some good ol' porch sitting!

The beach is pet friendly; dogs are welcome to swim and walk on the beach, but they must be leashed. Fort Myers Beach/Bonita Springs also offers Dog Beach, where dogs can run leash free! Dog Beach is just a short drive down Estero Blvd. toward Bonita Springs.
A first-run movie theater is located on the beach where you can relax and have dinner and drinks hile watching the movie; a bowling alley is a short drive away. There's bike rentals on the island and miniature golf just a short trolley ride or drive away.
You can catch the Key West Express boat and take a trip to Key West! Or take a trip on the gambling boat, if you're feeling lucky!
In Bonita Springs, about 8 miles down the road, there's the Greyhound Dog Race Track. In addition to the dog races, there are poker tables so you can enjoy a friendly game of poker!
There's lots to do, so come on and have some fun!

Deposits: Five-hundred dollars($500) upon making the reservation; the balance is due 20 days before arrival. If your reservation is made way in advance, payments can be made by installments throughout the year. I can remind you via email when installments are due, and I always let you know when I receive payment. You must be 25 years old or older to rent this unit.

Other Fees: A $50 non-refundable pet fee, 11% tourism tax, and $125 cleaning fee is already included in the pricing. A $50 fee will be added for each additional pet that you are bringing. Required stay is seven days. NO SPRING-BREAKERS; NO CHILDREN UNDER SEVEN YEARS OF AGE. We do not provide maid services during your stay, and it's appreciated if you leave the house as you found it when beginning your stay.
