    7 rooms are divided on 2 floors. The elegant fitted kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace on the ground floor or the studio room with glazed gable view upstairs are real highlights. From the beautiful south-west facing terrace and from the partly covered loggia in the same orientation in the upper floor glorious sunshine hours can be enjoyed with unobstructed mountain views.
     
    The condition of the property is very well maintained, the interior quality and the furniture is brand new.
     
    Ample storage room are available on all floors and in the basement.  2 vehicles can be parked in the spacious garage, 2 more can easily park in the courtyard.
