Inside are 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), 2 bathrooms, and an open kitchen/dining/living space for entertaining. Outside on our deck, you'll find a brand new hot tub, grill and outdoor seating for 8. Down below is a beautiful garden, hammock, grass area and river access for kayaking or water activities. Pets considered case by case with fee.

We have parking available for up to 3 cars (2 in the carport under house and 1 can fit in the garage). Please do not bring more than 3 cars as street parking is incredibly limited and nearby neighbors lacking garages tend to snag those first.

CenterPeace provided our group (including two infants) with great seclusion, serenity, and comfort, along with very easy access to all that Russian River has to offer. Completely roomy while still cozy, perched with great views over a large, beautiful yard that provides ample space for relaxation, lawn games, and river access (for kayaks etc.), there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, and plenty of room in which to enjoy them. Out of everything, our favorite part was hanging out in the hot tub on the deck right next to the grill while cooking dinner--living the good life! We will be back.
What a wonderful house! Beautiful inside, and GREAT views from deck. The hammock in the garden was dream worthy, and the river access is unbeatable. Big kitchen, and rooms are comfortable. The hot tub on the deck is perfection! We will stay here again!
We recently rented CenterPeace. This is a fantastic vacation rental. Love the decor of the home, modern and welcoming. Great kitchen, three roomy bedrooms and a new hot tub for those evening soaks. Enjoyed the local restaurants and entertainment. We used the kayaks at the home for long paddle up stream and watched two ospreys hunting in the river. Hiked at willow canyon, and had fantastic mountain bike ride at salt point state park. Three nights seemed like a week. Highly recommend this home!
We rented CenterPeace over the long Valentine\'s day weekend. We were so pleasantly surprised to find the house in perfect condition, not looking as if it had ever been rented before. It\'s right on the river and the entire house and deck face it, along with magnificent redwoods. The deck is huge with a gate at the top of the stairs for our toddler and a beautiful huge hot tub for us after she went to sleep. All the furnishing are lovely, again seemed brand new. And the house is stocked with all the right amenities. The dishes and pots and pans are not at all rental like. They are what I would want in my own house. Just so not like any other rentals I\'ve experienced. They had wifi and all the TV channels we could want, plus a romantic fireplace for after hot tub. We walked about 30 minutes (at slow pace) to get to downtown, or it\'s just a couple minutes in the car. We saw a cute little red fox on the walk. So many cute restaurants and coffee shops and artist places to enjoy as well. We couldn\'t have enjoyed our stay more and can\'t wait to go back in summer! Thanks CenterPeace for a beautiful and relaxing weekend. Loved it. Update: Went back in the summer and had just as wonderful a stay as we did in February. The dock with the kayaks and canoe, plus the paddle board were really fun.
