Southern Breeze has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeps up to 16 guests including children. The most common feedback we get is: 1) It's bigger than it looks (about 2300 sq ft with large rooms), 2) It's even nicer than the pictures, and 3) Everyone loves having BOTH the Beach & the Lagoon.
We have both Gulf beach access across the street (about 200 yds away) and a Pier on Little Lagoon to fish or dock your small boat or jet skis right behind the house! Southern Breeze is great place for a family get-together. We love for families to come enjoy our house.

We have stayed in gulf shores, and surrounding beaches for years, but this place is now my favorite! Perfect location, great amount of room and just overall beautiful. We will make Southern Breeze our first choice every time! Susan through Gulf Shore Vacation rentals was so helpful and kept us up to date on traffic delays and house info. So happy we\'ve found Southern Breeze!
Our family has stayed here twice in the last couple of years and will continue to go back again, the perfect house for any occasion. We bring our boat and the dock is truly a blessing. Many perfect family dinners on the deck with a great view.
Seven women celebrating our 70th milestone birthday (we\'ve done this every 5 years since 50)...great house; we knew we didn\'t want a condo where you have to go up and down an elevator to reach the beach. We took walks even though the weather wasn\'t the greatest ... rained 4 days out of 7. The house was perfect. Only drawback was the smallest bedroom (probably meant for children) was not very nice for our 7th woman...needed new mattress and too small closet. That is probably the one and only criticism. You immediately responded when I couldn\'t find WiFi access code. I assume you changed lockset on bathroom between guests. A couple of us got \"locked\" in that bathroom. Haha. I have recommended it to friends and would stay again. No higher compliment!
