Our Florida Home....is located on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake on US27, which is 7 miles south of I4, ideally placed to access all that Central Florida has to offer. Our villa is fully air conditioned and can sleep up to 8 people.
There are 2 master bedrooms both with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a 3rd family bathroom. The main living area has a 46” LED HDTV, DvD player and cable TV. High speed WiFi is available throughout the house and there is a telephone with FREE calls throughout USA & Canada.
All bedrooms have walk in clothes closets or wardrobes with all bed linen and towels provided. Lay beside the private screened south facing pool and spa or sit under the large covered lanai that offers welcome shade from the Florida sun.
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a friendly gated lake side community with it’s own boat ramp and fishing jetty. The community benefits from 24hr security and can only be accessed via the gatehouse. Having settled in why not check out the local area, just a few minutes drive from Tower Lake you will find a 24 hour Wal-Mart and plenty of fast food outlets. A wide choice of restaurants and Posner Park shopping centre with it’s 9 screen Imax cinema. Right next door to Tower Lake is Southern Dunes golf course which is open to the public.

Escaping snow to this convenient, spacious, well-maintained villa was an excellent mid-winter tonic. Disney and Universal Studios are about 30 minutes away on the easy-to-drive interstate highway. We used both international airports: Tampa's reached in 70 minutes; Orlando's reached in 25 minutes. We played 10 rounds of golf in 10 days at 8 different courses located 5 to 30 minutes from the villa. Discounted rates at high-quality courses are available via the internet and/or via twilight pricing. Walmart, fast-food facilities, and a variety of restaurants and other services are within 1 to 3 miles of the villa. The east and west coasts of Florida are less than 90 minutes away. We easily drove to our various destinations with and without GPS navigation. It is easy to find one's way around this part of Florida. Relaxing in the hot-tub and pool (kept sparkling clean) after a day out was a regular, welcome, eagerly anticipated pleasure. Our odd ten-day stay was easily accommodated by friendly, communicative owners who are available via email. The management company is available when needed, but unobtrusive when not. Calabay Parc is a relatively new gated community, populated both by visitors and by permanent residents, many of whom stroll the neighbourhood daily for exercise and exchange greetings with vacationers in the open, friendly way that many of us associate with Americans. Our thought as we drove away was that we would like to do exactly the same vacation next year, from exactly the same base: this lovely Calabay Parc villa.
Staying at your villa is truly an excellent place to stay it is an excellent location after a busy day at the parks also when you are having a day at the pool very relaxing and no loud neighbours the complex is great place for children and adults, only complaint we have is we did not want to leave. kind regards tricia glen and family
This home is in a perfect location. We were just minutes away from anything we needed or wanted to do. We passed many areas where we concidered staying and noticed that your home was the only home so close to shopping and everything.
