A refundable damage deposit of $350 is due.
Notes
Damage Deposit: Refunded 14 Business Days after check-out, should there be no damages or extra costs during your stay.
Any +7 night rental, cleaning fee is included in the price. Optional gas pool/spa heating $250 per week or $ 45 per day
Gas heating is required if spa is to be used as a hot tub and is recommended for October to April.
At Villa Minnie's Castle, there is a BBQ on site that can be used. If you use it, there is a $45 cleaning fee. Should the propane tank be full, then you're lucky, if it's not, and would still like to use it, it is up to the renter to get a new tank at LOWE'S or WALMART
If you wish to reserve the villa within 60 days and can not send us a Bank draft before your arrival ,and/or if you are passed within the 60 days or wish to pay with credit card via Paypal please take note that you will have to the Paypal fees that will be added to your Online Invoice.
All requests for Dec.1-March31 will be with Heated pool.

Owner of villa since 2011, and everyone enjoys their time at Villa Minnie's Castle. Very quiet and spacious, sometimes you don't even notice your children are around. Great to relax from those hectic days at Amusement Parks.
A beautiful home near Disney world, we didn't want to leave! We loved relaxing in the pool. Everything was clean and perfect: would definately stay again!
Great location, very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. When we needed something tended to it was just a phone call away and everything was taken care of. Great neighbourhood and our family felt very safe.
A beautiful home, pictures didn't do it the justice it deserves! We didn't want to leave. We loved relaxing by the pool! Plenty of space for the 8 of us that stayed, great location to stores, gas stations, and Orlando. Would definately stay again!
We were there from Nov.6/14 to Nov.29/14 and we enjoyed are stay very much. The house was clean,very fonctional and in good condition and the heated pool was great. About 20 to 30 min. to Disneyland and SeaWorld and close to many stores and restaurants. The owner was very accessible at any time.I would recommend this home anytime.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone. We stayed in this house for the months of February and March of this year and it is quite obvious the owner takes pride in and maintaining its appearance both inside and outside. The house was very nicely decorated and it had little touches throughout the house that you don’t normally see in a rental property. The description on the web site is very accurate and the property is well described. The house is located in a quiet gated community and is about 30 minutes from theme parks and restaurants in the Orlando area. There are also a number of restaurants in Winter Haven area which is quite close. We have rented a number of vacation homes over the years and this has been one of the best furnished and maintained houses and we would certainly have no hesitation about renting this one again.
Dear Peter - thank you so much for having us in your beautiful Florida home. This was excactly what we were looking for - a home for our vacation in Florida! The house was superbly situated in regards to amusement parks and the pool was a nice asset for our children to play and relax - as for us! If I have to mention one thing, it would be that the pictures do not do the house justice! The house is far better than the pictures describe! Thank you again, and hopefully we will be emailing you shortly with our travel plans for 2013!
This house was absolutely amazing! It has all the amenities you could ask for and more; each room is decorated to perfection; makes you feel like you are at home! Very easy process to rent and the owners were great to deal with. The house looks exactly how you see it in the photos. The TV's in each room were a plus as were the private bathrooms in each of the master bedrooms. Let's two families stay comfortably. The pool was great and it was nice to have it all to ourselves. The children loved the rooms and the pool. Great for a family vacation. Close to everything, shopping, Downtown Disney and all the Disney theme parks. We will definately recommend this property to family and friends!
WOW! The home was absolutely beautiful. The furniture was the first thing we noticed, not the cheap “cookie cutter” stuff you find in some rentals. This villa is very well decorated and seems to be reflecting the essence of the owners. My daughter really loved the girl’s room. The pool and spa were sparkling and we could not wait to get in, you could tell this home was well maintained. We have been there already twice this year, so I am not afraid to recommend this house to anyone of my friends.
