Description

Central House Farm is a spacious Victorian farmhouse on a working farm with cattle, sheep, pigs and goats. We also have an assorted selection of poultry and ducks and our favourite Hawaiian geese. We offer an excellent location being 0.75 mile from the nearest road on a tarmac driveway, we are situated in a picturesque valley surrounded by fields and woodland but just 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Harrogate town centre.

We are conveniently located for York, Leeds, Skipton, Ripon, Otley, Wetherby, Thirsk and Leeds/Bradford Airport. The Yorkshire Dales are only a short drive away also the North Yorkshire Moors and the east coast seaside towns of Whitby, Scarborough and Bridlington. We have a very generous sized car park at the side of the house next to the Bed & Breakfast entrance. We are a non-smoking establishment but we are quite happy for you to smoke in the garden. Although we have our own dogs, we do not allow dogs into the Bed & Breakfast areas. But are quite happy for them to sleep in your car, alternatively there are kennels nearby – www.pettiespaws.co.uk.

We are committed to providing an excellent and friendly service and accommodation whether your stay is business or pleasure. If you like to put your walking boots on there is a footpath which leads through the farm to Harrogate and Norwood. The walk to Norwood is a delightful one if you like wildlife and birdwatching as it passes through fields, woodland and past Beaverdyke Reservoir. Payment Terms:
Cash, cheques or Farmstay vouchers are accepted.

Booking Conditions:
A deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the balance payable on departure. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests may be liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the room. In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance.
