Arriving on the 3rd level, you will be greeted by a wall of glass with breathtaking views of the ocean from all areas. The entire 3rd level has an open design with areas for cooking, dining, and entertainment. After the day is done this is the place to feed the family, watch a game, brag about the one that got away and plan for tomorrow. The upper level also has a great room that boasts a home theater system with a large 60" flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD and surround sound for your entertainment with gas log fireplace. The well-appointed kitchen and dining areas offer many amenities for the chef. The great room and open kitchen with breakfast bar overlook the Ocean and pool for a spectacular view. The outside decks are furnished with comfortable Adirondack chairs for the ultimate enjoyment of the ocean views and refreshing breezes!
The upper level has 2 additional bedrooms, one queen with its private access deck that shares a hall bath with a second bedroom that has 2 single beds and a large walk-in closet.
There are finished decks with Adirondack chairs off each level of the home and the top level lookout offers perfect opportunities with both ocean and sound views.
After a long day at the beach, head to the Beach Babies pool area for more fun! Relax in the bubbling hot tub or cool off in the large private pool. A spacious area that is ready for entertaining. Near the pool you'll find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as a convenient fish cleaning table.
Just steps away from the refreshing private heated pool and inviting hot tub, you’ll find Beach Babies game room containing a fussball table and convenient wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave. There is also a media area that features a large 60" flat screen TV, surround sound and comfortable seating. We provide a large collection of Blu-Ray and DVD movies for hours of your viewing enjoyment. The first level also has 1 Master bedroom with a private bath, king size bed and large 46" flat screen TV and a hall bath off the media area.
On the second level, there are 4 bedrooms: 2 king master bedrooms which have their own private baths, large 46" flat screen TVs and access to the oceanfront decks for beautiful views of the beach and ocean, 1 queen bedroom with a shared hall bath and its own private deck for watching the sunsets, one bedroom with pyramid bunk w/trundle and 46" flat screen TV and PlayStation III for the children. The laundry with washer and dryer, laundry folding table, laundry tub and storage cabinets is conveniently located on the second level.
