Continuing on the main level are two identical master bedroom suites, each with a king size bed, HD-TV, large walk in closet, new renovated, 2018 large master bathrooms, with Jacuzzi tubs, double sinks/vanities, and walk in showers. In addition, on the main level, is a beautifully decorated private comfy den/5th bedroom, sleeper sofa, fireplace, bar, & HD-TV. We live in New Jersey Cell - 201-396-4011 Email - AtDeeBeach@aol.com We have been vacationing in Hilton Head since 1979, renting homes in the same area where our home now stands. In 1997, it was time to build our dream home on Hilton Head Island. We decided that it had to be in Palmetto Dunes. We found the perfect piece of property, located directly on the beach path, our home is only steps to the beach.
The Savannah is truly the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in while in Hilton Head. The listing information was very accurate, the home is very well laid out, clean, and comfortable. The home is close to the beach and the bike trails, and there is no shortage of terrific restaurants and shopping within a short driving distance. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
This is a great house on Mooring Buoy on the "3rd Row", so its right on the beach path on the beach side. Very short walk to the sand and ocean. Pool and hot tub were great and well cared for deck and outdoor amenities. Everything in the house is well cared for, stocked well, and everything is there you need to have a great time at the beach, pool/beach toys, well stocked kitchen and basically new grill. Our kids loved the quick walk to the beach, less than 1 minute and its right on the bike path to ride around Palmetto Dunes. Very responsive owner make this all the better. Will be a repeat vacationer here!
This was our second year staying at Savannah and it was wonderful as usual. I cannot say enough great things about this property from working with the owners to the convenience to the beach to the comfort of the house. First, Ann Marie and Lou are easy to work with and respond quickly. I feel as if I’ve known them for years. Second, how wonderful it is to walk out of the house directly onto the beach path and be on the beach in a matter of two minutes. This is a gift with young children at the beach...to be able to go back and forth to the house easily. Third, the comfort of the house is amazing. My family especially loved the backyard with the private pool and two separate eating areas. Also the screened-in porch is delightful. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a full washer and dryer off the kitchen. There is a table large enough to accommodate my entire family for dinner. I cannot say enough great things about this house and the owners except to say.....I’m already booked for next year and the year after. Thank you Ann Marie and Lou for sharing your beautiful home. We love it as much as you do!
Another great week at the beach! As usual everything was amazing - the owners are fabulous, the house is beautiful and the location is perfect! We are repeat guests for several years now which probably is the best evidence of how much we love it!
We've been going to Hilton Head every year for the past 25 years and I must say this house definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was well maintained and very clean. The decor was gorgeous and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was in my own house. The 2 brand new master bathrooms are stunning!! This house is extremely close to the beach by way of a beach path. Its private so when your in the pool no one else is looking on. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. She was like a friend that I knew for years. My overall experience as you can see was wonderful. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone who goes to Hilton Head and for sure I will be renting this property again.
Everything you could possibly need in this beautiful home. Concrete beach walk right next to home. Private pool with lots of comfortable poolside seating so much fun for grandkids and family. Wonderful location in Palmeto Dunes. Plenty of room for our family, 6 adults with 4 kids from the screened in sunroom to places for quiet or group gatherings. We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head! We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for years and this by far was the best house we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and spa were very relaxing. Very clean home! Anne Marie was great to work with and very reachable. Would definitely stay here again!
We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for the past 20 years. We have stayed in various condos, villas, and homes and the Savannah is by far the best place we have stayed in!! It is clean, well maintained, close to the beach, has a great pool and spa, and very private back yard. The layout of the house was perfect and very roomy. We loved the big deck and ate breakfast and had coffee out there every morning. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. Also, the owners were awesome to work with and answered my many questions in a timely manner. My family tried to come up with one negative thing about this house and all we came up with is that we had to leave it!! To sum up, we loved this house!!!
Savannah is an absolutely beautiful home. There are two master suites, which are perfect for our extended family. The home is spotless and graciously appointed. The owners have thought of everything one could possibly need on a beach vacation. The pool is beautiful and sunny. There is a screened porch and decks. The wide stretches of Hilton Head beach are just steps away. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 15+ years, and Savannah is the best home we've had.

Perfect home for two families! Two awesome master suites, with a great location!
Our group of eight women enjoyed our stay at 64 Mooring Buoy for a tennis event. The house had everything we needed and more. It is clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is especially well equipped. We were so busy with tennis that we couldn't take advantage of the lovely and private pool/spa area (although we did enjoy looking at it from the expansive windows in the great room). The path to the beach is a few steps away and this is one of the island's widest and nicest beaches. Several in the group congratulated me for finding the perfect house. We hope to come back next year.
The house is a perfect floor plan for 2 families. The walk to the beach was very short. The pool in the backyard was plenty big for 5 children. Hilton Head is an excellent place to vacation and has one of the best beaches I have ever seen. I would stay here again! We really really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend this property!
My family and I have stayed in a Palmetto Dunes home for our vacation for the last 20+ years. Since our family now includes our two grandchildren, age 4 and 6, we decided to try to get closer to the beach. We rented " Savannah" for 9 days in May of 2017. Well, we were not disappointed with this beautiful home! The wide open kitchen/great-room area was exactly what you will want to have your family all around you. We ate breakfast in the house, either at the bar or dining area overlooking the beautiful landscaped pool, and then had lunch on one of the two umbrella covered decks by the pool. The pool is large and gets lots of sun. Walking to the beach was so simple that it didn't matter if you forgot something. We could just walk back and get it in a quick100 steps. (We counted). It was wonderful to have use of the garage to store our bikes and beach toys. The home was comfortable and Anne Marie, the owner, was quick to respond to any email, text, or call. We hated to leave this vacation home, and already talking about renting it again next year.
This was our first time staying at "Savannah" in Palmetto Dunes. We had three generations with us for the week, and this house was perfect for us with the two matching master suites. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for use when we arrived. Kitchen utensils and appliances were great for cooking and entertaining. The easy walk to the beach, the backyard pool, and the many bike trails were enjoyed by all of us. We rented bikes for the week through Palmetto Dunes Outfitters and enjoyed biking throughout the area. The front porch rockers were wonderful to sit and talk and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood any hour of the day. While we were familiar with Hilton Head Island, the Savannah made it easy to amuse the kids with barbecues by the pool, walks on the beach, visiting the tennis and golf center and exploring for island turtles and deer. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the "Savannah."
This was our first time staying in HHI and at Savannah. The location of this house is perfect. The tree lined streets are absolutely gorgeous and the bike paths everywhere provided a lot of fun. The house itself is in good condition, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the house had everything we were looking for and provided a wonderful family vacation for us. I would caution however, like many homes in the area, there are quite a bit of stairs. If you have a disabled person or someone who cannot handle stairs then this may not be the house for you. We truly enjoyed this trip and cannot wait to return!
This was our fourth time staying on HHI, third in Palmetto Dunes, but first at Savannah. It was wonderful! We stayed with another family (four adults and four kids total) and the house was absolutely perfect for us because of the two master bedrooms. Our friend's have younger kids, so being so close to the beach was perfect because we had shorter but frequent beach excursions. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which has a great mix of sun and shade (which we find most HHI pools are all shade) and the kids loved it. The house itself is wonderful; extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. There are numerous areas to hand out and relax, so everyone had as much personal space as desired. Thanks for a great vacation!
This was our fifth year staying at this house and we absolutely love it! The house is beautiful - lovely front porch complete with rocking chairs and ceiling fans; fantastic pool and jacuzzi; large great room and open kitchen well supplied with anything you might need - plenty of room for everyone to be together but also plenty of places to escape. We have our family of 5 and 2 sets of grandparents and are completely comfortable. The beach is so close and even the short walk is shaded! We have been coming to Hilton Head for 15 years and this has been our favorite by far. Thanks so much for the wonderful memories you have given our family!
Great backyard in peaceful setting and nice pool. Location is good, and is centrally located so driving anywhere is quick. Steps to a great beach. The large great room and open kitchen are nice for the extended family. My wife and I loved sitting in the screened in room attached to the house. It was peaceful and relaxing. The den is the nicest one we have had in our last six years renting a different house every year. The bedrooms got hotter than the main floor with the door closed, but the ceiling fan cooled you. We enjoyed our stay, and the house helped in that enjoyment.
This vacation, our family gathered from Cincinnati and Chicago to start a new tradition of enjoying all that Hilton Head has to offer. There were eight of us all together, from the age of three to sixty-six. All wishing for a great experience from enjoying the pool and beach, dinning together, sitting around and just relaxing and sharing our stories, riding bikes, golf and just conveniently getting to the attractions and shopping that become part of the vacation experience. Our Hilton Head home was the perfect place to experience it all ! What a great week we had !
Our family of 19 has rented a HH house directly on the beach the week of Memorial Day for more than a decade and this was the first year that the whole crew couldn't come. So we looked for a smaller house, which is hard to find on beachfront. So we "settled" for one row back. Boy were we surprised with a treat! This house not only was cleaner, newer and well cared for, but the short walk to the beach didn't bother us at all. We thought we would be disappointed from having been beachfront spoiled, but this spot was simply great. Plus, our kids didn't have to cross the main street to get to the beach. They could come and go safely. Great layout, well appointed, easy proximity by bike to the tennis courts and General Store, perfect garage storage for lots of bikes! Like with any rental there were a few bumps, but the owners and on-site manager were quick to respond and very easy and pleasant to deal with. Should our large family whittle down for our next annual vacation we will definitely stay here again.
We made our first visit to HHI, and couldn't have been more pleased with our home choice. It is so close to the beach, just a bike ride away from the general store, and great restaurants. The yard is landscaped for privacy and it is very quiet. We were there with 4 adults/4 children and the set up was ideal. The screened porch, decks and pool area were great spaces for hanging out and everyone was very comfortable. The owners are very responsive and full of great tips for a wonderful time. Make sure you ride your bikes (or walk) to Coco's on the beach!
This home is as lovely and comforting as the owners. It is immaculate. The decor is sweet southern charm with all the amenities. There is plenty of space for everyone, which includes private reading spaces, movie room activity, swimming or sun bathing, or grilling and chatting. The beach is very few steps away. Home supplies were plentiful and the owners are accessible. There is so much more to do right outside of the resort. Just a wonderful destination and the perfect home away from home. We'll continue to come to this lovely home to make more memories for years to come.
Savannah house was so perfect for our little family. It is beautiful and spacious. The interior decor is so cute and beach-y. We loved the bicycle wall art! The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are perfect. The outdoor living space and pool are amazing. I highly recommend paying for heating the pool and spa. We spent lots of time in them. The location couldn't be much better. So close to the beach--no schlepping! Perfect for morning and evening impromptu walks on the beach. We would love to return to this house again and again!
Our experience with renting the "Savannah" beach house couldn't have been better! The location on HHI is excellent for the beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. The house is clean and comfortable, and the layout is perfect for families. The pool and deck are a nice size, and the owner is very easy to work with and contact, if the need arises. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience at this lovely home.
This was our first time staying at the "Savannah" home and we will for sure be coming back. What a perfect beach house and vacation. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked, layout of the house was perfect for entertaining, housing our two adult children (with infants). The pool got plenty of use and it was great that the beach was in walking distance (walkway next to the house), we saw plenty of sunrises and sunsets. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating. The owner even called after the vacation to make sure we had a great vacation. I would highly recommend the Savannah home. We plan on going back for our family vacation - 2017. Thank you for all the great memories we now have for our growing family.
This was the second time my family and I stayed at the "Savannah" home and we loved it both times. The minute you walk into the foyer you fall in love with the openest of the house. The house is very clean, well stocked and convenient to the walkway to the beach. The owners are very nice to work with and very accommodating. They even call to see how your enjoying your vacation at their home. Once you stay in the "Savannah" home you will want to stay there year after year. I would highly recommend this house anyone that wants to be close to the beach.
What a perfect beach vacation! The house was perfect, the location was ideal, and the owners were great to work with. Hilton Head has been our favorite beach destination for several years, and this was the nicest home we've stayed in yet! It was truly like being at home, with all the comforts and amenities we needed. Thanks for all the great memories for our family!!!
This was our third consecutive year renting in Hilton Head but first time renting Savannah. We won't rent anywhere else on HHI! We absolutely loved the house and felt like we were at home. The house itself is beautiful - the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the house is tastefully decorated and VERY clean. It was great that detailed instructions were included with each TV so as to ensure the kids could be entertained while the adults played! The house is also in a great location as it's less than a 2 minute easy walk to the beach along the neighboring beach path and less than a 5 minute bike ride to the tennis courts. We fully enjoyed the screened-in porch and Bluetooth sound system! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (when we weren't eating out at places like Red Fish and Skull Creek Boathouse) and, as a real bonus, the garage had an abundance of beach and pool toys for kids of all ages. The gas grill was large and well kept, and the house had a full array of BBQ tools. Stocking the house with a "starter kit" of basic cleaning necessities was incredibly thoughtful and showed us that the owners care about their renters. That care was evident throughout our stay and we very much appreciated being contacted to ensure our needs were being met. We can't wait to come back "home" next summer!
