Frio River Casa Rio Casa Rio Rentals has been servicing the Concan, Texas area in short term vacation rentals. Since 2009 and our main objective is for our guests to create long term memories on the Frio while in our homes. We focus on providing a safe setting with the highest standards of cleanliness. We provide luxury homes on the golf course as well as properties on the river, near the river and up on the mountain. We are located very close to Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Louisa was amazing and always available to answer any and all calls before, during and after our stay. The property is beautiful and in a very relaxing space . We were able to completely unplug from the hustle and bustle of city life. Wr would definitely recommend for any looking for rest and relaxation.
The Texas Tuscan did not disappoint one but was exactly like the pics. The relaxing atmosphere in the mornings and the evenings made us not want to leave. Cleanliness and overall great property will want to make me stay there again.
We had 3 families and plenty of room. The house is beautiful and the pool was a great addition! It located in a gated community and on hole #2. We had a family fun day of golf! The property manager was so nice and quick to respond. Remember to bring your own toilet paper and bath soap!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us! We will definitely be back!!

It was a beautiful place to get away for a couple of day. Nice and peaceful.
Impressive well-equipped kitchen, great outdoor kitchen with big screen and Traeger grill, Terrific bedroom layout with lots of privacy, and extremely clean.
Location and property were great and had a great layout for our family. This is great location to unplug. Everyone had a good time the only issue we did have was the Bees, we could not locate a nest but there were tons of bees. Luckily we were able to source some spray to help but overall everything was great. We will definitly be returning to Concan TX.
The property was exactly as it was in the pictures. They went above and beyond for us. Showed how everything worked and made sure to let us know, not to hesitate to call them if we had any issues. Its location on the golf course was nice . We made a pit stop at the house while playing in a tournament, which was convenient. We are already trying to plan a trip back next year.
Property was awesome! House accommodation's were great. We have come down to stay with Casa Rio Rentals twice and every time is a great experience. Everything worked well oven/grill/pool/etc. Only advertisement that we didn't get to utilize was the free golf. Apparently, management at the golf course changed and they do not allow free golf anymore. We let Casa Rio Rentals know and asked them to update their VRBO advertisement for free/unlimited golf.
Beautiful house, just need closets in the bedrooms.
We had an amazing time staying here. The pictures really don’t do enough justice for the property. A couple issues popped up during our stay but were quickly handled by maintenance. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a get away in Concan.
We very much enjoyed this rental and hope to return next year.
Loved it
We had a great time staying at the Tuscan house. It was only a 5 minute drive to the river, walking distance to the start of the golfing range and had an amazing restaurant/bar with great performers and food at the entrance. There was even helicopter rides at the entrance as well. The house was more spacious than advertised and accommodated our family of 20 perfectly fine. Plan on using again next summer.
Want to make this an annual trip loved every second! House an location were superb We did need a second fridge ??
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was well proportioned with respect to the rooms and space. Really great amenities like the pool and jacuzzi. Really recommend to family and friends. The only thing I can give as a suggestion For the property to improve, is to provide better WiFi connectivity. With a number of guests staying and sharing the same WiFi, it was really tough to get a good steady signal. More so, for the tv outside.
