The house located in famous resort community Sandy Ridge, which cross street with golf community Champion Gate and Reunion and surrounded by lakes, ponds and woods. It takes only 2-3 minutes to I-4 exit 58. Then get off at exit 62, you will be on Disney World Drive! The Sea World is at Exit 72 and Universal Studio at Exit 76. The largest legoland in the world in Winter Haven is only half hour away.

He stay was enjoyable
It was convenient for our visit to Disney. The house was as advertised. Was surprised no laundry detergent was left on the premises when one of the requirements was to wash the towels before leaving. We had a problem with the dryer breaking but was fixed the same day. Also the pool filter stopped working so the one day we had to use it, it was getting greenish in color but it was also fixed later that same day. Some of the dishes we pulled out to use were dirty but the property was very spacious and close to many stores. Was also surprised by how tight it was to other houses and wasn’t clear on what to do with our trash.
We had an amazing time and would highly recommend! We were not able to get the tv in the living area to work. Would recommend some instructions and troubleshooting . The grill could be updated but worked ok. Vivian was so nice to work with! We will definitely come back!

The house was clean and is well located. The bedrooms are in good size and the property manager answered questions promptly.I was expecting more kitchen supplies. Be prepared to bring sponge, paper towel, detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper etc. There is an additional charge of $20 to use the spa and swimming pool heater and I believe this additional charge could be included in the house description as well as the charge of $35 to bring an barbecue to the house. This information was only provided when I couldnt cancel the reservation. Overall we had a godd experience. Thank you.
