CHECK IN / OUT
Be ready to follow the Check In Instructions in order to get to the house, open and make yourself in. Completing this procedure is key so we know you made it alright during your arrival.
You are welcome to the house anytime after 3 p.m on the day of your arrival and you must vacate the premises by 11 a.m. on the date of your check-out. Housekeeping has being arranged at 11 am to prepare for the next guests arrival.
HEADS UP
Upon entering the house if you see something out of place, broken or missing, let us know about it.
THE GROUNDS
Please avoid any disposing of any trash in the parking lot, and/or anything that alters the decoration or damages the property. Please avoid obstruction to the passage or access road that leads to the property.
BATHROOM
The condominium where this unit is located runs with a water treatment plant. Therefore, do not throw paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash in the toilets.
PETS
Pets are not welcome to the house.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL
NOISE POLLUTION
The levels of noise or music should be maintained at a level that does not disturb the other neighbors and be suspended at 10 p.m.
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the condominium or in the outside terrace/balcony. However if you decide to smoke downstairs, we request you dispose of the remains properly.
CLEANING SUPPLIES
Pantry is stocked with soap and cleaning supplies for your convenience.
MISC NOTES
When vacating the house, we request you remove all opened items in the refrigerator or freezer. Turning off lights and A/C units would be greatly appreciated.
