Affordable beach house centrally located in a secure & family oriented neighborhood one block away to Jaco's main street and another to the beach. This Airbnb is ideal for families or groups of friends who are looking to enjoy the beach and all of its nature surroundings. Guests are close to all of the town's amazing amenities including: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shopping all along main street. We offer washer & drier, charcoal BBQ grill and secure private parking for up to 3 cars.

 

The space

Very simple look on the outside yet cozy, fully equipped and nicely decorated on the inside. House has an open floor plan with a living/TV room, dinning and kitchen area. This is the only area of the house with an A/C unit. There is WIFI service available throughout and cable TV in the living room.

 

BEDROOMS

There are 3 rooms in the house, each with a ceiling fan, one shared full detached bathroom and with the following bed configuration:

Room #1 - Double bed and bunk bed

Room #2 - Double bed

Room #3 - Double bed

 

The bathroom features all of your necessities including towels, cloths and environmentally friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner.

 

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with:

- Fresh Costa Rican coffee.

- Full fridge and freezer.

- Oven and range top.

- Blender.

- Cutting boards and set of sharp knives.

- Microwave.

- Wine glasses, beer glasses, cups and coffee mugs.

- Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils.

- Colander.

- Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper.

 

OUTDOOR AREA

Outside, there is a laundry room with washer & drier and a charcoal BBQ grill. Also, there is a big front and backyard to hang around with a private parking area that can fit up to 3 cars.

We have private parking for up to 3 cars inside the property. You can also park on the street for free.
