Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Facing the staircase there is a room with one queen bed. Outside, on the backyard there is a spacious terrace with a teak table, BBQ grill and a outside shower.
Upstairs, there is a TV room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed and one full guest bathroom. There are three bedrooms, room #2 has a queen bed, nightstand and A/C, room #3 has a queen size bunk bed, nightstand and A/C unit and room #4, the master bedroom, has a king bed, nightstand, A/C unit and a Smart TV.
