The space Our house is an air-conditioned vacation home that consists of 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a half bathroom.

On the first floor there's a TV/Living room area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher,microwave,fridge and oven. On the 2nd floor there's the main bedroom equipped with a king size bed, closets, bathroom, A/C unit and smart TV. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, closets, bathroom, A/C unit and theres an extra space on a mezzanine with a full bed. The backyard has a lawn with a private pool and two separate decks with pool dinning table and lounge chairs overlooking an estuary full with tall trees where you can experience macaws, squirrels, iguanas and lots of different native species. Common areas include the private parking lot with private access to the house with 24/7 onsite security. Backyard facing the back gate has camera monitoring for security purposes for the condo regulations. Like no other condominium, Jaco Gardens offers an exclusive access to the beach through a secure private board walk going through the estuary. Guest access Guests will have the entire house for themselves.
