Additional Rate Information

Regarding the cleaning, this will be done at the entrance of the tenants and at their exit. If the tenants want a cleaning lady during their stay, it will be at their expense. The bedrooms each have 2 sets of sheets and towels.
The maintenance costs of the garden and the swimming pool are the responsibility of the owner. The gardener and the swimming pool specialist come once a week.
