The front door opens to the sunny patio with a HOT TUB for your after skiing R&R! The hot tub is not shared by anyone else.
 
The Apt is located on the bottom floor with a walk out basement to a landscaped fenced back yard with flagstone pathways that lead around multiple raised garden beds, flower beds, and a large spacious deck. Enjoy the spring Tulips and summer Gladiolas with city and mountain views from the new large trek deck where you can relax upon the patio chairs, table and large umbrella. It's a great place for starting your day to include a great space for doing yoga! Enjoy farm to table eating opportunities with the growing seasons harvests of a plethora of vegetables! The best strawberries and tomatoes you'll ever taste! There is also a peach and apple tree.
 
A Propane Grill is available with a fire pit and plenty of chopped wood to enjoy star gazing and the quiet night skies. Olympus Trail with the best street and mountain biking in Utah. During snow season there is quick snow plowing, wide quiet streets and spacious lot sizes that has kept full maturing trees, large sidewalks and friendly safe walking, jogging or biking to enjoy exercise or the beautiful Utah sunsets. The sunset is seen at its best from Canyon cove highest peak. You can almost reach out and touch the Wasatch Mtn since the neighborhood was built on it!
 
Our home views the awesome Hughes Canyon that creates a wonderful nightly breeze of clean air, pine, and canyon fragrances. The owners live on the first floor of the home and have prepared for a quiet downstairs ADU with adding extra insulation in between the two levels to give guests privacy and quietness. The ADU faces West allowing for much natural light and sunbathing or quiet reading a book with views over the Salt Lake Valley and great Oquirrh Mountains. The fenced outdoor space offers a large Trex deck with comfy new chairs patio set and a shade large umbrella. Enjoy all the Mountain and city views from the 2 large spacious decks. Plenty of room for yoga, reading, praying, quietness and just taking in all the beauty!!
 
Enjoy spring with KJ‘s garden of tulips! The summer enjoy a plethora of sunflowers, Gladiolas and other colorful perennials. There are several swings and patio chairs from the second deck to enjoy the views of the Salt Lake.
 
The ADU offers driveway or street parking with a brick pathway to the backyard where its own private door entry is located.
