The owners live on the first floor of the home and have prepared for a quiet downstairs ADU with adding extra insulation in between the two levels to give guests privacy and quietness. The ADU faces West allowing for much natural light and sunbathing or quiet reading a book with views over the Salt Lake Valley and great Oquirrh Mountains.
