Check-inn: from 3:00 p.m. but you can arrive earlier subject to availability and agreement with the administration one day before.
Check out: at 11:00 a.m. but you can stay longer subject to availability and agreement with the administration one day before.
If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., it is important to notify us at least one day in advance so that we can agree where to leave the key.
If you invite people to the house that are not included in the reservation, you must inform us and eventually buy a day pass for them. After 10:00 p.m., peace and tranquility reign in Utopia and parties are not allowed.
COVID-19: We ask that you notify us immediately if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone infected with COVID-19, to protect staff and other guests. We have a wide range of deliveries and home services so you don't have to go out. (See below)
Pets: if you bring pets, we will ask for a guarantee deposit of $1,500.00Mxp upon arrival. You will get it back if we find the beds and sofa free of pet hair, and if your pet did not cause any damage in the house.

Owner websiteWe want to share the incredible Utopia experience of being on the roof of Oaxaca and enjoying nature. We manage Utopia as an ecological and sustainable project (water harvesting and irrigation, solar water heating, organic fruit and vegetable garden, etc.) We like to attend to the needs of our guests and upon request, we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner at the house, yoga, mezcal tastings, massages, tours, babysitter and extra cleaning. Each house has good internet, a TV with Netflix/prime.
