    The space
    We are located on beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distance memory.
     
    Please note given the size our our Studio , we have found discovered it is best suited for a single or a couple.
    Guest access
    Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, night life and activities. Restaurants such as Hemmingway's and Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill await your arrival. At night there are choices galore for the partier.
    Other things to note
    The Studio has a separate brand new Kitchen. Our kitchen has high-end all wood cabinets, high efficient electric stove tops, counter tops and refrigerator. Our Bathroom and showers are fully tiled and spotless. The living room has a full size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, assuring you the best night's sleep and best of all, they are resistant to dust mites and are naturally antimicrobial.
     
    Please keep your furry friends at home and enjoy your cigarettes outside.
    Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.

    Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term rental agreement.
    Security Deposit is held by us via a credit card.

    We offer over 25 summer rentals in Seaside Heights and Seaside Park.  We operate much like hotels in regards to providing additional services, such as towels, additional beach badges and car passes, cleaning services during your stay and so forth.  As assurance for these services and for any rental agreement violation and/or damages WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. 
     
    Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
