The Guest Home has three bedrooms, (8 beds sleeping 11), full bath, den with TV, full kitchen, a private patio with fire pit and seating, a large fire pit in the woods, propane BQ and smoker, kids fenced playground with slide and swing-set, a carport and RV services for 2 RV units and a private boat dock with cover. A horse stall with small fenced pasture is free for guest use. With a sports complex, lake, and miles of Hike and Bike trails available there is lots to see and do. The space The guest home is a small 3 bedroom home with a very large master bedroom. It has a full bath, a small den with wide screen tv and two couches, a dining table with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside is a large patio, fire pit and bird view station in the woods and a kids fenced playground. Guest access Lots of parking for 3 vehicles. Six miles of all weather gravel roads. Other things to note The fishing is very good and several partially covered docks with a bench, table and swim ladder are available for use. There are four miles of hike and bike trails (non-motorized) available. The sports field has a lit basketball court, sand volleyball court, a soccer/baseball practice field and an observatory with telescope.

No hunting or firearm use is permitted on the ranch property.  Guests are to supply their own trash bags, bag trash and take trash to the dumpster at the ranch entrance gate. ATV's, motorized watercraft and motorized bikes are not permitted on our property to help provide a quiet, relaxing and safe environment for our guests. No loud noise after 10 pm please.
