Kezar Lake House

The House:

• Spacious home sleeps 14 and is set-up for vacationing with friends and family.
• Plenty of space for the whole group to gather together or take some time apart.
• Kids will love hanging out in the lower level rec room to play ping pong, board games, or watch a movie.
• Adults will enjoy relaxing on the waterview deck or in front of the fireplace.
• Privacy with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms on three levels.
• Main level with comfortable living room, with brick firelplace, french doors leading to an open deck overlooking the lawn and down to the water's edge.
• Also on the main level: fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, powder room, laundry room, master bedroom (with a private full bath and walk-in closet).
• Three additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a balcony sitting area, a full bath, and a 3/4 bath.
• The lower level features yet another bedroom, full bathroom, sitting area, and rec room.
• All bedrooms feature lake views (in the bunk room it's a skylight view).

The Waterfront:
This Kezar Lake, Maine vacation home is situated just about 250' from Kezar Lake with waterfront and mountain views, through a natural buffer of shrubs, blueberry bushes, and trees.

The shared dirt path that runs across the backyard leads--in one direction--to a boat dock, small sandy gradual entrance swimming area perfect for kids and field with swing/play set. Bring your boat, or better still, use the canoe and two kayaks we provide. Sit on a lakeside adirondack chair to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Follow the path in the opposite direction and you arrive at the recreation hall (featuring old fashioned two lane bowling alley, pool table, ping pong table, fieldstone fireplace).

The Westways association also has a clay tennis court and softball field. There are plenty of paths and dirt roads for walking and exploring. See answers to frequently asked questions here.
