If you are considering our property for your summer vacation, we are sure you will be pleased. This is a newly remodeled, spacious family home in one of the nicest communities in the area. Our roomy rental has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A large kitchen, living room, dining room and sun room (with an extra futon for guests!). Private back yard with patio and picnic table. Swimming pool, crab docks, tennis courts and playgrounds are just a few of the ammenities you will find. This is a safe and family oriented community with its own security. Our normal weekly rate for the 2009 season is $975. We also, at our discretion, will rent for long weekends during the off season, 3 night minimum stay. This is a non-smoking home. (And no pets, sorry!) A fully refundable security deposit of $300 is required. |
