2 Bedroom Oceanside Retreat.One Block to Beach

Welcome to our Beach side Retreat, a cozy well furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath home that is just ONE SHORT BLOCK from the beach. The house sleeps 8 & will comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults or a large family.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:

Two Stories: Entrance is on the first level, with the living room, kitchen, dining room and one bath. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. You can also enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather in our large shared but private courtyard.

Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the second bedroom has 2 full-size beds and there's a murphy (full-sized) bed on the first floor.

Our garage also contains everything you need to enjoy your day at the Beach (including umbrellas, chairs, toy wagon, wet suits etc).

LOCATION:

• A short minute's walk to the beach.
• Very close to downtown Oceanside and10 minute walk to Oceanside Pier.
• Amtrack/Metrolink is also nearby.
• It's about a 10 minute drive to Legoland and Carlsbad. 30 minutes drive south to San Diego, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and other SD attractions.
• Drive 45 minutes north to Disneyland, Universal Studios and other Orange County attractions.

It's not fancy, but we love our (practically) new comfortable vacation home, and we are looking for guests who will not only love to stay here but will treat it with tender care as if it was their own.
