Main floor of house with the best ocean views in Isabela. Close to world-famous Jobos and Shacks beaches. Overlooking Las Dunas Beach. Nearest to Villa Pesquera. One queen bed in master bedroom. One foldout couch in section of living room overlooking the ocean. And one single mattress that can be moved around. There is a long term tenant on top, named Don and another on bottom floor named Ted. Ted is also the site manager and will help you with anything you may need. Welcome and Enjoy !
Spectacular ocean view, lot's of space, tranquility, big yard. Just sit back and relax whether you just want to sit back and watch the whaled from the back porch as you sip a glass of mojitos or ride your bike along the awesome bike trail along the beach.
There's access to the beach through trail in the backyard but it is difficult, not recommended. The best way to get down to the beach is by bike or car, working your way down through the streets to the closest beach you'll find Villa Pesquera and Las Dunas. Surf boards and bikes are included.
The house we are renting is not the entire house. It is the main floor and it has everything already mentioned. The bedroom, living/dinning room, kitchen, balconies, main entrance, etc. It is spacious as described but there is a long term tenant on top and a another long term tenant on bottom. They each have separate entrances so you have complete privacy.
Quiet and friendly neighborhood. No public transportation available, you will need a car to get around.
