Our attractive and comfortable home is located In the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Our home has two units that can be rented together or separately. The property Includes a heated pool, privacy fence, cabana, and outdoor grill. The walk to the beach is five minutes.
Guests need to bring their own beach towels and beach mats. A few chairs and beach cart are provided. The two units have comfortable living room areas with TVs. The Upstairs Unit has a dining room with a wet bar. Both units open to enclosed decks or Carolina rooms for additional dining and entertaining.
The units are connected by a spiral staircase in the Carolina rooms. The two kitchens are furnished with everything needed to prepare food. The Upstairs Unit has sky lights, VCR, DVD, stereo, and four TVs. The Downstairs Unit has two VCRs, DVD, and two TVs. Both units have laundry rooms.
Each laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. There are seven bedrooms with three bedrooms upstairs and four bedrooms downstairs. Our home has one king and two queens upstairs, and two queens, one full, and four twins downstairs. Linens and towels are provided for use in the house. There are four baths, two upstairs and two downstairs. The first bath upstairs has a shower and garden tub.
The second bath upstairs has a shower and tub combination. The third bath downstairs has a shower. The fourth bath downstairs has a shower and tub combination.
