There is a full size bathroom and laundry room on this floor as well.
The second floor is Sea Biscuit’s main living area featuring a beautiful family and dining room, kitchen, and half bath. The family room consists of a large flat screen TV with comfortable furnishing along with a Sofa that opens into a queen-sized bed. There are 2 seating areas to assure ample space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There is a large deck off the family room that is screened and has a ceiling fan for an enjoyable dinner or lunch when not dining out at the great eateries on the island. The Sea Biscuit kitchen is a chef’s delight. Enjoy Beautiful American Cherry wood floors, stainless steel appliances including gas stove with overhead hood, light color granite and top of the line cabinetry. There’s plenty of space to cook everything from simple snacks to gourmet meals. You may even coax a guest to sit at the breakfast bar and help garnish the salads.
