Great place to stay for a quick trip to Venice! The place is exactly as described, and the location is tough to beat - it’s incredibly convenient to pretty much everywhere in town. Tracy was also incredibly responsive to my questions and is a wonderful host.

The Bubble is adorable and the bed is comfy! The location is perfect for walking to Abbott Kinney! It should be clear that the bathroom is around the back through the alley (pretty inconvenient for in the middle of the night) and shared with several other rooms so you may have to wait.
Tracy is very kind and friendly. You feel very welcome! The house and the garden (which are open for every guest) are very nice and cozy. There are cool bars and good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend it to stay at Tracys place!
