Bayrock 1 is a vacation rental located on the Bayside of Cape San Blas directly across the street from Cape Palms Park a beach park with playground, bathrooms, parking, picnic tables and covered sitting area. Two bedrooms upstairs have king beds with one bedroom also having a single bed. Two bedrooms on the main floor; one with king and handicap shower, the other has 2 double beds. There is an entertainment area upstairs with billiard table, computer desk, TV viewing area and games table. Downstairs is a combo kitchen and living area with screened front and back porches. The front porch has patio table and chairs. The back porch overlooks the bay also has patio table and chairs with a ping pong table. There is wifi and internet TVs using roku players. There is boat dockage and fishing available from the 500' dock directly behind the home pictured above. Off road parking is available for trailers. | Check is preferred method of payment. Will hold reservations for 5 days while checks are mailed. 50% of booking is required to reserve with remaining 50% due 90 days prior to check in date. Full refund less $75 handling fee available if canceled prior to 90 days of check in date. If a voluntary evacuation called due to weather your rental fee will be prorated and the difference refunded promptly. Only small dogs allowed. Extra person fee is $100 per person over 6.
