You can also cruise the lake in a private pedal boat (life preservers provided). The well designed, split floor plan is great for families,couples, or business groups. The Great Room has a gas fireplace, 51 inch HDTV mounted over fireplace with digital cable and a DVD player. Eat-in Kitchen comes equipped with coffee maker, blender, mixer, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and a large master bath featuring a separate shower and garden tub. Second and third bedrooms include queen sized beds. Just completely re-furnished with everything in the house new and fresh. Mattresses, linens, appliances, outside furniture, everything!!! All three bedrooms feature pillow-top mattresses, ceiling fans, flat screen TV's and walk-in closets. Home has free high speed wireless internet (so bring your laptops) Outside also features a pedal boat and life preservers, a fenced pool, gas barbeque, covered patio with furniture, and private boat dock. We are conveniently located near the 101 freeway with easy access to Sky Harbor Airport and numerous activities including public golf courses, Cardinals Stadium, Westgate, Spring Training Stadiums, shopping, and restaurants. The previous owners had this house on VRBO and set the bar pretty high judging by their reviews. We'll do our best to keep up the high standards. Clearly the owner has your best interest in mind. Bikes to ride around the neighborhood, clean pool, fully stocked refrigerator! We purchased beer, water and wine for the following guests! Home was meticulous inside and out. Stocked with everything a couple/family would need: towels, dishes, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, condiments (more than our corner store), sheets, pillows, games, movies, two bikes, etc. etc. A few questions we had were answered immediately. Absolutely perfect place for the 5 of us to stay over Christmas! When other reviews say they have everything at this house, they weren't kidding! Craig had told us to come to the house before going out grocery shopping. What a surprise that they had everything you could want as far as spices, condiments, paper towels, coffee, etc. The house was spacious, beds comfortable and the view was gorgeous. We come to Arizona at least once a year. We will definitely be renting this home again! Craig was an excellent host!
We were here for a ball tournament at Peoria. Location was great for this and lots of restaurants within 10 minute drive or less. Grocery store near by. There is hiking near by. Waterfront view. Felt like a welcomed guest in this home. Everything here you could want. Great communication from host. Pool was cold but we didn’t inquire about this. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice location but reviews on the website all said the house was clean but it wasn’t. I found someone’s dirty sock by the fireplace behind a chair. Looks to me like the cleaners don’t clean too well. Found hair everywhere and spider webs. Nice place but needs a white tornado type cleaning job. The cleanest thing in the whole place was the pool.
