Love this house. It’s large and has everything you need. My family really enjoyed our stay.
Great property...we had a blast.
We love the layout of the home. Open middle. The kitchen is amazing. The porch is our favorite place. Most of our early morning and after dinner time was spend there.
The home is beautiful. It was extremely clean! Short walk to the beach. It was very very buggy though. We were swarmed every time we went to/from beach. No fault to the property owner, but it was a consideration we took about going down or not. I didn’t see any bug spray or a first aid kit on site which may be helpful. Maybe we missed it. We did have problems with the solar lights on back steps, sometimes they turned on and sometimes they didn’t, however that wasn’t a major issue. The kitchen had everything you could need. The hot water was plentiful and the water pressure was great. The kitchen and bathroom renovations were nice! Thank you for allowing us into your beach home. The back deck was fantastic and large enough for our big group! Having the many bathroom options was great too!

We just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at Surf Watcher. We spent hours on the screened-in porch and thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the beach. As others have mentioned, the house has many extras like ample beach gear and every kitchen appliance and dish imaginable. The only things we missed were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We bought mini fans which provided white noise and a cool breeze at night. Problem solved! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
Nice, well-stocked home & kitchen, with plenty of room for 10 of us for our beach week at Sunset Beach. Owner was communicative and helpful. We noticed an odor in the bedrooms on the West side of the house and think that it is likely coming from the HVAC system and needs attention. We wouldn't rent again until this was fixed. Other than that, the house, screened porch, and location next to the walkway to the beach are all great.
We loved our stay at the Surf Watcher! House was comfortable and had all we needed for a week with our large family. Layout of house was perfect and we appreciated the comfortable beds and newer kitchen and the screened in porch and rooftop deck. Owner is super kind and helpful. Sunset Beach is really the best East Coast beach and this was our favorite house so far! We will be back!
