Upon driving up to this duplex, you’ll notice a large driveway and the sand and Florida landscaping that surround the perimeter of the property. Just inside, you’ll see the open concept design of the main living area and how beautifully updated all of the rooms and features are. The kitchen is stunning and offers a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, custom white cabinetry, a massive farmhouse-style sink, and a large island with a breakfast bar. The dining room is charming and features a rounded dining table with room for six and two large windows that bathe the space in natural light.
