Book with confidence: Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival result in a refund of 70% of the grand total. In the event the reservations exceeds $20,000 or 30+ days, cancellations must be made prior to 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive 70% of the grand total.

Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pet must be disclosed upfront at the time of enquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150  will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. In addition, a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking. If pet odors/waste or any other remediation occur as a result of their stay, we will withhold all or a portion of the damage deposit. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.
