Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival result in a refund of 70% of the grand total. In the event the reservations exceeds $20,000 or 30+ days, cancellations must be made prior to 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive 70% of the grand total. “You are vacationing in a residential area.
