This nautical themed three bedroom home has the feeling of being away and the comfort of being home. It is a very short distance from Hudson Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with people of all different ages. The house is located in Beacon Woods East in Hudson Florida. The area consists of people of all ages and is in a safe neighborhood. The home is on a private cul de sac with only a handfull of neighbors on the block. This neighborhood has curbs and sidewalks. The home is surrounded by a quarter acre of property and is very private. The home is stylishly decorated. The kitchen will feel just like home with all the utensils (cheese grater, grapefruit knife, peeler etc), pots and pans you will need. It also has a blender, food processor, crock pot, grilled cheese maker and waffle iron. There also is a knife station with assorted knife sizes. The master bedroom has a queen size very comfortable bed with a walk in closet and attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a handicap grab bar in the tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen size bed. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player with a modern sound system. There is a small collection of books that you are welcome to read along with a small DVD movie collection which you are welcome to view. There is a screened in patio with a patio set. There is curbside garbage collection. Dish satellite for your television viewing and high speed wireless internet. There is no smoking, pets or parties in my home.
I expect my home to be left tidy with all towels and bedding in hamper, no dishes in the sink, please put dishes in dishwasher, if possible please turn on dishwasher when you are leaving. Place all garbage in the garbage pails. I expect no damage in my home. If you should accidentally damage something please let me know. Do not to spray any liquid cleaning solvents on the Flat screen televisions.
A $500 security deposit is required and will be returned upon inspection of home after you leave.

Wonderful place and awesome hosts! We stayed for 1 month and had an amazing time. We got pool passes so it had fun going to the pool and swimming. House is very clean and cozy. Hosts were super helpful and prompt to solve any issues. If we ever go back to this part of Florida there is no doubt we will stay here again!
Everything was great. Lovely house, nice neighborhood, felt totally safe. No problems at all.
