Located in Indian Shores  north of  Indian Rock  Beach and Clearwater . Spacious - 1250 square feet, two bedroom 2 bath condominium with a private entrance, a large living room with cable television and large 46' flat TV in the living room and 2 TV size 32'  in the 2 bedrooms, large balcony, open plan dining area, full kitchen, WASHER/DRYER inside the condo, and located right across from the pool.   Our 50' x 20' swimming pool is one of the largest heated pools on the beach.  Sea Club Resort is just 75 yards from the Gulf of Mexico beach, with 20 miles of white sandy beaches, from Clearwater to St Pete Beach! SEA CLUB CONDO RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

We sincerely wish you a pleasant stay at our condo. Please review this document as these requirements of the condo association and this unit will be strictly enforced in order for all residents and guests to safely and peacefully enjoy the Sea Club Resort.  Gross misconduct or violations will potentially result in eviction and/or fines that will be levied against the Guest’s deposit.

 

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons.  Failure to disclose all guests prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the Rental Agreement and forfeiture of any monies paid to the Owners.

 

Term of the Lease. Check In is 4:00 pm and Check Out is 10:00 am. Failure to comply with the Check Out  time will result in partial forfeiture of the deposit at the discretion of the Owners.

 

Access: Guest shall allow Owners access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. 

Rental and Condo Association Rules:

1.       Smoking is NOT allowed.

 

2.       Pets are NOT allowed.

 

3.       The number of people inside the unit (including the deck) shall never exceed 8 at any time.  The number of occupants during the hours of 10pm to 8am must not exceed the individuals listed in the Rental Party in section 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. 

 

4.       All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.  Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

 

5.       Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.  Please contact the Homeowner if there are any damaged or missing items during your stay.

 

6.       Only use appliances and amenities for their intended use

 

7.       Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  The car wash bay is not a parking area.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any parking violations or fees are the responsibility of the Guest and their party. 

 

8.       Pool: the pool can be used only during the hours of 10am to dark unless otherwise posted. No child under 12 years old can be in the pool area without a parent or adult in attendance. No inflatable toys or rafts are permitted in the pool and pool deck.  The Guest and their party must follow all posted rules and regulations that are displayed in the pool area.

 

9.       Fishing Pier: the fishing pier is open between the hours of 8am and 10pm. No child under 12 years old can be on the pier without a parent or adult in attendance.

 

10.   Quite Enjoyment: the resort has a combination of full-time residents and rentals. No loud or unreasonable noises will be permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am.   Please be considerate of your neighbors – if the noise level can be heard outside the condo, it is too loud! 

 

11.   Grilling is not permitted on the patio.  Grilling is permitted in the Sea Club grilling area by the fishing pier.

Nearest Airport Tampa International Airport 25 miles
Why it is Famous :This is a great place to spend the winter. The property is immaculate the pool is always warm and it’s the largest pool in this area. Close to Indian Rocks Beach, just walk down the street to the public access. Property is clean and the residents are friendly you will enjoy sitting on the dock overlooking the intercoastal waterway.
Area Information :Local restaurants - some on the water - are within walking distance of Sea Club. The local tourist trolley stops at Sea Club to take you up and down the beaches or just to the supermarket. An internet cafe, gift and clothing shop is just next door. A gas station and 7-11 is about 250 yards away. Publix supermarket is a five minute drive, and several shopping malls are within a twenty minute drive.

Sea Club Resort Condominiums is a paradise on the Gulf of Mexico. Just a three minute walk from one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida. Sea Club in Indian Shores is located on one of the islands running from the beaches of Clearwater to St. Petersburg. It is on the Boca Ciega Bay Intracoastal Waterway, with only a three-minute walk to the beach. Tampa International is just a 45 minute drive. Orlando is roughly a 90 minute drive.

Nice quiet location

Well equipped condo in a great location, in walking distance to restaurants and a short walk to beach. Pool is right outside door and has plenty of chairs.

Last minute getaway!

We were sooooo pleasantly surprised when we arrived! It was much larger than anticipated, and it just felt very comfortable from the minute we walked in. The best part is the location! Walk out your door to the pool!!! The “regulars” who vacation there as well are very nice!! Walked around the grounds and had barbecue and canal in back and across the street is the Gulf! Walk out to patio from kitchen and living room! Tons of hangers, soap, toilet paper, anything you need! (Washer and dryer) Can’t say enough about it!! Mattresses could be updated but with all the sun and pool activity, still slept very well.Any questions, the owner, Melissa, was great!!!

Very relaxing and quiet

We had a great time, very convenient location, only a few walking minutes to the beach. Pool was clean and room was wondefull with everything you need. Perhaps it was too relaxing. If there was one thing to add, I would like to have more fun activities to do around. The place was awesome for family and those who love quietness.

Great place for a great vacation!

Staying here was wonderful, I'd fully recommend it. The walk to the beach is easy, the pool is fantastic. It is between Clearwater and John's Pass which makes it fun. The condo itself was huge! But more importantly was well stocked with anything you may need from kitchen things, including dish soap, bags, etc, to beach chairs and umbrellas. Very happy with our stay, and would stay here again when we come back.
