Sofi Beach House is centrally located in a secure & family oriented neighborhood one block away to Jaco's main street and another to the beach. This Airbnb is ideal for families or groups of friends who are looking to enjoy the beach and all of its nature surroundings. Guests are close to all of the town's amazing amenities including: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shopping all along main street. We offer washer & drier, gas BBQ grill and secure private parking for up to 3 cars.
The space
If you are looking for a beach house with all the essential elements to come and enjoy the beach look no further. Our house has an open floor plan with a living/TV room and dinning area with a mini split A/C unit. Divided by a glass and wood frame door you enter the kitchen area which has a sitting area and views to the pool. There is WIFI service available throughout and cable TV in the living room.
BEDROOMS
There are 3 rooms in the house, each with mini split A/C units, two shared full detached bathrooms and with the following bed configuration:
Room #1 - King bed with a pullout bed and bunk bed
Room #2 - King bed
Room #3 - Bunk bed (Full on bottom and single on top)
Both bathrooms feature all of your necessities including towels, cloths and environmentally friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with:
- Fresh Costa Rican coffee.
- Full fridge and freezer.
- Oven and range top.
- Blender.
- Cutting boards and set of sharp knives.
- Microwave.
- Wine glasses, beer glasses, cups and coffee mugs.
- Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils.
- Colander.
- Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper.
OUTDOOR AREA
Outside, there is a pool with built in seats and table, beach lounge chairs and a gas BBQ grill. Also, there is a a private parking area that can fit up to 3 cars.

Guests have access to the whole house except for a storage rom located on the front of the house.
