Caribbean Ocean Front Villa is a high end villa located in Jan Thiel. All 4 bedrooms has airconditioning and windows that overlook the garden or the Caribbean sea. While we have 3 standing shower in the villa we have also an outside shower near the hovering dock in order to wash the sand away.

Reservation and deposit for your villa vacation
For payment by bank wire, and other payment methods you will receive an invoice via email with the necessary instructions. Within 5 days after the invoice date, payment of 25% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. This only applies if you book more than 60 days before arrival. For bookings within 60 days prior to arrival, the full payment of the rent including deposit is required to make your booking. The balance, including deposit, must be paid 60 days before arrival, otherwise your reservation will be forfeited. By payment of the 25% down one agrees to this terms of conditions. No down payment of 25% or full prepayment within 60 days to arrival means no reservation.
Payment of the villa
The payment is done by bank transfer to an account specified on the contract.
Cancellation policy of your vacation rental on Curacao
Cancellations are subjected to the following conditions:
Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the check-in date in which case the guest shall receive a refund of 75% of the total rent.
Cancellation less then the 30 days before arrival: the full rent is due. All deposits paid to date are non-refundable except for the damage deposit, which will be refunded.
If the guest leaves earlier than the agreed departure date, no part of the rental is refunded. Only your deposit will be refunded after deduction of costs.
A cancellation will only be accepted on working days during office hours. Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You can do this by phone, E-mail or send a text message.
For not showing up, delays, and early departures, no refund of the rental costs is possible.
We therefore recommend a cancellation and travel insurance.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in for the vacation villa is from 16:00. Earlier is not possible in connection with cleaning of the villa. Checkout is before 10.00 hours A.M. In case of late checkout € 80 is charged per hour.
Procedure on arrival at Villa Sea Paradise Curacao
You will receive prior to your arrival at the villa the key/code of the resort lock and additional information from our facility management. The number of people staying in the villa must be the same number as passed communicated when the booking was done. It is not allowed for people who are not listed on the booking to make use of (bed) facilities of Villa Sea Paradise.
Upon arrival, you will receive an explanation and the inventory will be inspected together with you. The manager will also explain how the villa (especially the kitchen) should be left behind on departure. The meters of the electricity and water will be registered in your presence on arrival and departure. On departure a final inspection of the inventory, possible damages will be conducted in your presence.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A security deposit of € 600 is due for the entire stay. This deposit, after deduction of any damage costs, additional cleaning work and extra electricity or water, will be reimbursed within 2 weeks. If any damage happens during your holiday, it should always be reported to the manager even if the tenant repairs them. Alarm system
The villa is equipped with an alarm system. The tenant is obliged to activate it when everyone leaves the villa. The tenant is responsible if the alarm is not activated and damage due to theft or burglary was committed. For security reasons 2 cameras are placed: one at the front door and the other on the side of the villa behind the 2nd parking lot.

If you stay longer than 11 nights then your deposit will be €700. You can arrive any day except for 5 days around Christmas and December 31. Christmas and New Year No Check-in or out on: 24, 25, 26, 31 December No Check-in or out on: 1 January Electricity and Water Your rent includes water and electricity up to a certain limit: per day 60 KWH electricity and 1 cubic meters water. The guest will be asked to register the meter readings upon arrival and departure. Additional usage will be deducted from the damage deposit. Rate of Electricity is €0.55 per KWH and of water is €9 per cubic meters. Charcoal BBQ reservation? € 30,- will be deducted from your deposit for cleaning of it at the end of your stay. Down payment of 25% The guest pays 25% of the total for the reservation of the villa. The owner receives the signed rental agreement and the down payment during the bookings process of the villa. Me and my family like to spend our time here taking morning walks in the neighbourhood of Jan Thiel and trips to the West side of Curacao when we are here on vacation. We love this island. Friendly people, great cusine, wonderful beaches and a easy going life style. My husband and I live in the Netherlands but we were both born and raised here on Curacao and are so grateful to have a vacation home on Curacao.
Great house, great location near resort amenities, great access to great snorkeling right off the property. Felt safe and comfortable. Curcacao is a great island to explore.
After challenging times and a deep crisis through which the management guided the company optimally, we have rewarded ourselves with this trip for the 2024 target figures. We couldn't have imagined a better location!
Can’t say enough nice things about this home. Great location if your looking to relax and be away from it all and close enough to be part of it in no time.
Four sibling and our spouses (all over the age of 60) found the perfect spot to enjoy each others company at Villa Sea Paradise. This beautiful home is in a perfect location. There are many restaurants (ate at a different spot every night) within walking distance. There is a great grocery store 5 minutes away, as well as a car rental place where we rented two cars at a very fair price. The four bedrooms' had air conditioning and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the large fridge had an ice maker. If we had any questions Marcos and Luti were but a phone call away. But the best thing about this home is the out door living. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The pool company comes twice a week. There are many areas where you can relax, or hang out as a group. We were able to snorkel off the ladder three days out of nine (It's windy in November). This Villa provided us a wonderful space to have a super fun and "gezllig" family vacation.
