This lovely one-bedroom upstairs apartment overlooks Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Passage. You will have beautiful views of the water and sunsets from both the living room and kitchen as well as the bedroom. Be sure to have your camera ready as eagles land in the trees around the apartment and whales have even been seen inside the cove around the marina.
Your apartment is completely outfitted and furnished with just about everything you need to feel "almost home". The bedroom has a full size bed and a queen bed. There is a twin bed in the entry and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, towels, hair dryer, curling iron, shampoo and conditioner. There is a large capacity HE washer and dryer and small chest freezer in the entry.
The kitchen is outfitted and stocked with condiments and staples on your arrival. The deck has a gas barbecue grill and a separate burner with a large pot for cooking crab and seafood outside and a table with deck chairs. There is plenty of parking. BREAKFAST FOODS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
Enjoy relaxing around the firepit in the evening while taking in the water view.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required on 1-4 night stays. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required on stays of five nights or more. We accept PayPal, personal check, cashier's check, postal money order, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is 3% of the amount paid plus tax with a minimum cancellation fee of $50 plus tax. We require 60 days advance notice of the arrival date to receive a refund. We accept pets at this property, but they must be pre-approved. We will go over the pet rules at the time of booking (clean up after your pet; walked on a leash; must be on a flea preventative program such as Vet Guard; pets are not allowed on the beds). There is a fee of $10 per day per pet and a deposit may be required. |
