Our 2-bedroom apartment can accommodate a family or fishermen comfortably. It is located upstairs over the garage. There is a well-appointed, outfitted kitchen with staples and condiments stocked prior to your arrival. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, deep fryer, and more. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed with a queen sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has HDTV on cable with TiVo, movie channels, wireless internet and shared laundry downstairs in the garage (laundry products provided).

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:Full payment is required on 1-4 night stays. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required on stays of five nights or more. We accept PayPal, personal checks, cashier's checks, postal money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is 3% of the amount paid plus tax with a minimum cancellation fee of $50 plus tax. We require 60 days advance notice of the arrival date to receive a refund. We accept pets at this property, but they must be pre-approved. We will go over the pet rules at the time of booking (clean up after your pet; walked on a leash; must be on a flea preventative program such as Vet Guard; pets are not allowed on the beds). There is a $10 pet fee per day per pet plus a deposit may be required. |
