This large 3 bedroom apartment overlooks Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Passage at Mile 14 North Tongass Highway on Knudson Cove Rd. It offers 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 3 twin beds and a queen sofa bed. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen has an island bar that seats 6. The kitchen is outfitted and stocked with staples and condiments on your arrival. Barbecue your day's catch on a gass grill under a covered deck. Eagles land in the trees on the property. Enjoy the water view and sunsets in the evening while sitting around the fire pit.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required on 1-4 night stays. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required on stays of five nights or more. We accept PayPal, personal check, cashier's check, postal money order, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is 5% of the amount with a minimum cancellation fee of $100. We require 60 days advance notice of the arrival date to receive a refund. If cancellation is due to COVID-19, you can rebook the following year without penalty if dates are available. OPTIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE DIRECT FROM TRAVEL GUARD AT 800-826-5248. You can cover your entire trip or just the cost of lodging. We accept pets at this property, but they must be pre-approved. We will go over the pet rules at the time of booking (clean up after your pet; walked on a leash; must be on a flea preventative program such as Vet Guard; pets are not allowed on the beds). There is a fee of $10 per day per pet and a deposit is required. |

We booked the bottom unit. There are beds everywhere and a big kitchen with a giant dining table. It had all the supplies that we could possibly need and was great for a big group. Both decks got a lot of use. It was quiet and had a nice view of Knudsen Cove. The location could not have been better. It\'s near some great beaches, hiking trails, and lakes. Most importantly, it\'s away from the congestion of the cruise ship tourists but is an easy drive back into town.
