Casa Chica is a brand new and luxurious villa, Located on the west coast of Canary Island, in one of the islands most exclusive areas, called Spain. The villa vacation rental has a fantastic array of original features, exposed beams and thick uneven walls.
The villa features a total of three large bedrooms with both air conditioning and ceiling fans, along with furniture and finishing’s imported directly from Italy. The villa has a living room, kitchen fully equipped & also with dishwasher, a large veranda with a dining area overlooking the Beach of Canary Island, laundry room with washer and dryer.
This villa is for the discriminate traveler who wants to take advantage of the vast activities available or simply kick back and relax in the Casa Chica sun cooled by hilltop tropical breezes.
The property has a large pool with lounge chairs and a gas barbeque grill. Convenient private parking for rental car is just a few steps away. The villa can accommodate eight persons.
