Le Mas du Soleil is located in La Londe Les Maures, in the hills of the heavenly Domaine de Valcros with its 18-hole golf course. It is a privileged place, very quiet, with an extraordinary view, green all year round. The land of 2200 m² is fully fenced and closed by an electric gate. The sloping access overlooks a large parking lot for two cars.
Le Mas du Soleil was built in 1979. To improve comfort, a few years ago the house was completely renovated and extended. Spacious living room, high-end kitchen, laundry room, five bedrooms with new bedding and above all a private swimming pool. There are two floors, each with its own bathroom, ideal for two families. The two floors are connected by a special lift for people with reduced mobility. The five bedrooms all have access to a terrace. Note that the three bedrooms on the ground floor look directly onto the swimming pool.
Le Mas du Soleil is located in the middle of the Var coast, which is the sunniest in France. Queen Victoria of England was already there. According to Météo France, we have almost 3000 hours of sunshine a year, that's more than Nice or Perpignan. The region, with its many towns and villages, vineyards and picturesque beaches, is made for family tourism. You can find everything there, golf, tennis, sailing, swimming. In season, the cities offer many interesting activities, such as Provençal markets, concerts, fireworks etc.

C'est un endroit privilégié, très calme, avec une vue extraordinaire, verdoyant toute l'année. Le terrain de 2200 m² est entièrement clôturé et fermé par un portail électrique. L'accès en pente donne sur un large parking deux voitures.
Le Mas du Soleil a été construit en 1979. Pour améliorer le confort, il y a quelques années, la maison a été entièrement rénovée et agrandie. Séjour spacieux, cuisine haut de gamme, buanderie, cinq chambres avec literie neuve et surtout une piscine privée. Il y a deux étages, chacun avec sa propre salle de bain, idéal pour deux familles. Les deux étages sont reliés par un ascenseur spécial pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Les cinq chambres ont toutes accès à une terrasse. A noter que les trois chambres au rez-de-jardin donnent directement sur la piscine.
Le Mas du Soleil se trouve au milieu de la côte Varoise, qui est la plus ensoleillée de France. La reine Victoria d'Angleterre s'y rendait déjà. Selon Météo France, on a presque 3000 heures de soleil par an, c'est plus que Nice ou Perpignan. La région, avec ses nombreuses villes et villages, vignes et plages pittoresques, est fait pour un tourisme familial. On y trouve tout, golf, tennis, voile, natation. En saison, les villes proposent de nombreuses activés intéressantes, comme marchés provençaux, concerts, feux d'artifice etc.
