Two car garage for renters use and plenty of room to park your boat or wave runners on shaded side of the house (or behind double gates). This vacation home is super clean, has a beautifully landscaped backyard and it's beautifully furnished with every amenity making this your "home away from home". Fee is based on length of stay & number of guests using the house/pool during your stay. The pool has a solar cover to cover the pool at night (and when you're not using it) which drastically cuts down on heating costs and during April and May, October only the solar cover is needed to heat pool to 83 degrees. The Jacuzzi jets can be enjoyed year-round (with or without heat) for a relaxing massage. Guests are responsible for cost of propane to heat pool & jacuzzi (solar cover will cuts costs by 2/3rd's when used properly). Your cost for propane is the same as we pay (there's no mark up). Man was this house a great find! Not just for the beautiful and well furnished house itself, but for the property owner/manager that I had the pleasure of meeting. Cyndi really made me comfortable to call or contact her with any questions and she was always right there to respond. Just a solid line of communication which is so important to me. Anyway back to this house. We stayed in late July for 9 days. What a blast! Thank goodness the air conditioner handled the 118 degree weather like a champ. We are big lake people so going to the lake everyday is kind of a given. However when it’s 118 outside it gets hard to breathe. This house made it easy to take a day off from the lake. It was so nice playing board games,which the owner provided all our favorites. Then we would go jump in the pool and play ping pong under the shaded patio. So fun! This place made me want to treat it like it was my own. Lots of attention to detail like notes on how to use the appliances and just casual reminders some people forget. It just makes for a good future for this home to stay in the shape it is in so we can all go there and enjoy it. Bottom line I would recommend this house to anyone! Wait I take it back anyone that respects it and keeps it clean so that it is in the same shape when I rent it next time! LOL enjoy your stay!
Quiet, very comfortable, nicely furnished home. We bring our family here every year. Never an issue with the property or the owner. Cyndi provides a vacation home setting for you. Complete with coolers, float toys, ping-pong, pool towels, etc... An absolute pleasure !! See you next year Cyndi !!

The house was very clean and neat, with everything you might need provided. Cyndi was extremely responsive returning our calls almost immediately. The back yard and pool area was amazing and the ping pong table a big hit. However due to the extreme temperatures 100+ degrees we found it hard to keep the house cool enough and didn't find the beds as comfortable as we would have liked. Having said that others may find them very comfortable. All in all the neighborhood was very quiet, Cyndi was very responsive to our needs. Would recommend the property to others.
The was hands-down one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed in. It is obvious that the property manager knows what she's doing and is good at it! There wasn't *ever* a point at which I thought, "I wish this or that were better." Let's start with the pool. Amazing. The landscaping around the pool and turning the pool/jacuzzi lights on in the evening make this place an oasis of relaxation. I would go for a nice run every morning and upon returning to the house, the cool water of the pool was so refreshing. My two kids just loved the pool and we had to nearly pull them out for every meal. There were a bunch of pool toys in the garage when we stayed there, which we all enjoyed. The jacuzzi was fantastic as well. Nice and warm. We only really used it in the evening as it was quite hot during the day. There are plenty of places to sit outside. There was a nice, covered area for having meals outside during the heat of the day, a cozy little nook with some wooden chairs and a little fire pit, and a tallish "bar" for sitting around and sharing a drink. There was even a little bench built into one part of the pool with a round tile table where you could insert an umbrella. Nice! Now for the inside of the home. Nice and clean; tastefully decorated. There was a TV in every room (we spend most of our time outside though). There is plenty of place for people to sit and eat together. The kitchen was well-appointed with dishes and cooking implements. If you do want to do a lot of cooking, I would recommend bringing a paring knife and a chef's knife: the provided knives are functional, but not super sharp ;-). There was a very functional blender and ice maker in the freezer, which we used to make some tasty margaritas. Yum! The master bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The other two rooms were great: one with a bunk bed and I can't remember what the other bed was.... queen or full. Anyways, my kids had plenty of room to sleep and they slept in every morning, which made me really happy! There's a big garage to get your car out of the sun. The landscaping in the front of the home was very nice as well. The area is really safe and neighbors quiet. If you're looking for places to eat or things to do, there were a bunch of tourist brochures in the kitchen, annotated to point you to the best spots. You won't regret booking! I only hope that this place is available for when we come back to Havasu!
