Enjoyed our stay at Suzan\'s apartment. Was a bit tricky to find and check in at first but Suzan was very helpful and communicative so it was not a problem. The place is a 5-10 min Uber from the strip - close enough to be there in no time yet far enough to be away from it all. A/C worked great for most of our stay - blew very cold which was perfect for a hot summer in Vegas. Bed we\'re comfortable as well - memory foam mattresses. Slept great. We had a great stay - can def recommend it.
Suzan was great, the place was as advertised and very clean/comfortable. About a 10-15 minute cab or uber drive from the heart of the strip (more if rush hour). Great value for the money.
Super close to the convention center. You can walk there in 5 min. Also cabs and Ubers to the strip are $10 so not bad. The property itself is kind of odd but you don\'t spend much time there anyway when you\'re in vegas and the apt is great for 2 ppl as each bedroom has its own bathroom and plenty of space.
This place was great. Easy to find with covered parking. The only bed I have slept on better is my own: crazy comfortable! If you are at the convention center this is where you want to stay. It\'s closer than some of the parking.
The pictures are absolutely spot on about this listing. It is immaculate, modern and comfortable. We were a family of 7 and didn\'t even had to use the air bed. I used to book hotels going to Vegas. Well, until I saw Suzan\'s listing. We will definitely be coming back, since that\'s what we San Diegans do ;) Thanks Suzan!
Suzan was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. Suzan was flexible with early check-in and late check-out. The apartment has everything you need, nice and clean and not far away from the Strip.
I would recommend staying here because of the place itself now the actual building is very rough. The beds and the apartment itself are totally worth it. Vegas has some bad spots this happens to be near a bad part.
Off the beaten path, but easily walkable to both the major convention centers: 10 minute walk to the Las Vegas CC, and 30 minute walk to Sands CC. Covered parking. It\'s a clean, remodeled, sleek apartment in a solid older apartment building. The host checks in by text or email periodically to make sure your needs are met, but doesn\'t intrude and gives you your privacy and space to do whatever you came to LV to get done. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets and other linens as well as a laundry set. The kitchen met all our needs to fix a wholesome breakfast before heading to the convention center to work like dogs. It was a great place to come \"home\" to and crash!

Had a group of 6 all visiting Las Vegas. the location was great, Very close to the strip, short uber/lyft to any of the casinos but was also far away enough to have a peaceful and restful night of sleep. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for my guests. The beds and couch were comfortable and the kitchen came stocked with a good amount of cutlery and utensils. Suzan had excellent communication during my stay. Check in/out was easy. Would highly recommend.
