Alongside allowing people to rent our home, we spend a lot of time here cultivating a creative community, and expanding on the kinetic energy found in the true heart of Las Vegas. This home was previously owned by Bob Stupak, who is coined for building the Stratosphere hotel in Las Vegas! The latest and current owner, Joey Vanas, is Executive Director of the First Friday Foundation, and has the day-to-day responsibility of managing the city's largest and longest running community arts and culture festival. First Friday is his first baby, and Life is Beautiful, his second. Life is Beautiful festival is a celebration, uniting people who love music, art, food and ideas - around here we live "Life is Beautiful" on the daily.
